Butler students and fans lined up early this morning to purchase tickets for the Bulldogs' Sweet 16 game in the NCAA tournament.
The first in line huddled through the night in tent outside Hinkle Fieldhouse. Students moved inside when Hinkle opened and some played video game while waiting for the ticket office to open.
The tickets for Friday's game at St. Louis against defending national champion Florida went on sale at 10 a.m. Florida defeated Purdue 74-67 Sunday to advance to the Sweet 16.
Indiana and Notre Dame were also defeated in the first round, leaving Butler (29-6) as the only Indiana school to advance. Butler beat Maryland 62-59 Saturday.
